About This Course

Strategic planning is about taking your core identity, your dreams, and your big ideas—merging them with resources and realities—and making it happen. Your strategic plan will help you identify all of the things you need and a plan for action. A well-crafted plan is a living document that helps you make decisions about allocating resources—including money, time, and people—and helps you understand when you are making progress towards your goals versus when you need to change direction.
