About This Course

It has been said that dreams without resources are but hallucination. Such is life with a “great” leader who cannot develop nor understand budgets. Budgets are the firm foundation of planning: they prove and allocate the human and other resources available to meet goals. This course provides guidance in how to create sustainable budgets for historical organizations, how to use budgets as a tool for leading, and how to read and understand organizational financial documents.
